Ingredients
- butter
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup light brown sugar packed
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sour cream (DO NOT substitute with any low fat)
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1./2 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 nuts (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F & grease the pan.
Step 2
Peel the bananas & mash in a bowl unti there aren't any more lumps.
Step 3
In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, oil, & sour cream until smooth.
Step 4
Add cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla, salt, bananas, & nuts (optional) into egg mixture.
Step 5
Add flour & stir until just combined. Do not over stir.
Step 6
Pour batter into pan & bake for about 1 hour & 10 minutes or until golden brown & risen.
