Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/2 lb ground lamb
- 1 small onion
- 4 sprigs parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 spring roll
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
Step 1
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the lamb and stir-fry a minute
Add the onion, parsley, salt, pepper and cinnamon and cook over medium low heat until lamb is cooked through and than add eggs.
Step 2
Take one sheet of spring roll
Place 2 heaping tablespoons of meat stuff at the center of spring roll fold it like an envelope.
fry it until the color is golden or Bake in a buttered baking dish in 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
