Ingredients
- 2 cups egg noodles.
- 16 oz sour cream
- 2-3 chicken breasts, shredded
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 box stuffing mix
Preparation
Step 1
cook chicken and shred. I recommend skillet frying in olive oil with a bit of salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cook noodles until al dente.
Step 3
Add chicken, noodles, sour cream and soup together in large casserole dish. Top with stuffing and bake at 350 for 30-45 or until stuffing starts to brown.
