  • 4 TBSP Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (I always end up adding more)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup Sherry or white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Melt butter in a medium sauce pan.

Step 2

Add flour to pan, whisking constantly. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until slightly browned.

Step 3

Add milk. Whisk to incorporate.

Step 4

Add cheese, garlic, sherry/white wine, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese has melted and sauce is smooth.
