Ingredients
- 2 lbs burger meat. I use elk burger
- 1/2 cup corn flour
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil (I use this because our elk is not ground with any fat)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in bowl combine well. roll into 1 inch to 1 1/2 inch balls
Step 2
Cook over medium to low heat until cooked through. Turn as needed to brown all sides.
