Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage
- Flour
- Milk
Preparation
Step 1
Brown sausage over medium heat.
Step 2
Drain all but 1-2 tablespoons of the grease.
Step 3
Add enough flour to absorb the grease. A little at a time.
Step 4
Slowly add milk and bring to a low boil.
Step 5
Reduce heat and simmer on low until thickened to desired consistency.
