Forgotten Chicken

Perfect for those days of rushing around. Even if you forget about it for a little while it is still pretty good!

Ingredients
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cups uncooked rice
- 2 cans of cream soup
- 1 can water
- 1 package Lipton onion soup mix

Preparation
Step 1
Mix rice, soups and water. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Put chicken on top of rice and sprinkle onion soup mix over all.
Step 2
Cover and bake at 275 for 3 hours. Do not peek!!
Can also cook at 350 for 1 1/2 hours
