Ingredients
- 1 - 1/2 cup lbs beef cubes
- 2 tbs flour
- 2 tbs cooking oil
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbs paprika
- 1 - 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 pk egg noodles
Preparation
Step 1
Dedge meat in flour
Step 2
In large skillet, heat oil and brown meat well. Add onion & cook lightly.
Step 3
Stir in water, paprika, salt, bay leaf and garlic
Step 4
Cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 2-1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Cook noodles according to pkg directions; drain.
Step 6
Serve goulash over noodles.
