Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups atta flour
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup room temperature water
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients. Knead well. Let rise minimum 2 hours. (Can make early and leave in the refrigerator.)
Step 2
Take a piece of dough the size of a kiwi. Roll into 5" diameter.
Step 3
Cook dry on high until it has little brown spots. Puff on rack on high heat.
Step 4
Brush one side with melted ghee.
I also like 1 - 1 1/2 cups atta flour and the rest in all-purpose flour.
