Ingredients
- 1 lb (500g) panir cut into 1" cubes
- 2 Tbsp ghee
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chopped green chillies
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 lb green peas

Preparation
Step 1
Melt ghee with oil in a non-stick pan over med-high heat. Fry panir until browned on all sides. Place in a bowl, lined with paper towel.
Step 2
Add onions to pan. Fry over med heat until lightly browned.
Step 3
Add garlic and ginger. Cook 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Add next 4 ingredients (spices and chillies). Cook 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add peas and panir. Cook 5-10 minutes.
