Ingredients
- 1 lb Dates
- 2 Cup Sugar
- 6 Cups Rice Krispies
- 2 TBSP Melted Butter/Margarine
- 4 Eggs (beaten)
- Coconut
Preparation
Step 1
Boil Dates, Sugar and Butter/Margarine for about 10 min.
Add beaten eggs and mix well.
Bring to boil.
Add Rice Krispies.
Roll into lil balls and then dip in coconut.
Butter on hands help roll balls with less mess.
