Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 8 peeled potatoes
- 32 oz chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 1/4 cup of bacon bits
- 1/2 block of Velveeta cheese (give or take)
- or 8 oz of shredded Cheddar cheese
- Optional: garlic powder

Preparation
Step 1
cut peeled potatoes into small cubes
Step 2
cut up the amount of cheese you want to use
Step 3
place in crock pot broth and water and potatoes
Step 4
cook on Low heat setting 6 to 8 hours.
Step 5
In small bowl, mix flour into milk; stir into potato mixture. Add bacon. Optional: add garlic powder
Step 6
Increase heat setting to High. Cover; cook 20 to 30 minutes or until mixture thickens. Stir in cheese until melted.
