Tuna Avocado Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 - 170g canned tuna in water, drained
  • 1/2 avocado, mashed
  • 1 tomato, sliced and then halved
  • 4 hearts of Romaine lettuce leaves

Preparation

Step 1

In small bowl combine mashed avocado with tuna. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Step 2

To assemble place tomato halves onto one side of each of the lettuce cups, top with 1/4 of tuna mixture. Enjoy!
