Ingredients
- 1 - 170g canned tuna in water, drained
- 1/2 avocado, mashed
- 1 tomato, sliced and then halved
- 4 hearts of Romaine lettuce leaves
Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl combine mashed avocado with tuna. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 2
To assemble place tomato halves onto one side of each of the lettuce cups, top with 1/4 of tuna mixture. Enjoy!
