Ingredients

  • Wet
  • 1 cup dates (pits removed)
  • ¾ cup dried cherries
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup coconut butter
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • Dry
  • ¼ cup hemp hearts (plus more for top)
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup black sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup coconut flakes (plus more for top)
  • ½ cup oats

Preparation

Step 1

In a food processor mix the wet ingredients until well combined

2. In a large bowl add the wet and dry ingredients, using your hands to blend well

3. Line a 9 x 9-inch dish with parchment paper and fill with mixture. Press down with your hands to spread evenly and pack tightly

4. Sprinkle with extra hemp hearts and coconut flakes

5. Put in freezer for 30 minutes to set. Cut into individual pieces and store in fridge
