Super Easy Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs mushrooms
  • 1/2 butter
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped green onions
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 Tbsp parsley/basil/Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter. Chop stems, add in with onions and garlic till tender.

Step 2

Remove from heat. Stir in rest of ingredients.

Step 3

Place filling in mushroom caps. Cook at 450F for 10 mins or until soft.
