Cream of Cauliflower/Brocolli Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups finely chopped broccoli or cauliflower
  • 1.5 Cups water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1.8 tsp pepper
  • 1.3 tsp sugar
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 TBSP flour
  • 2 TBSP Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Comine caul/broc, water and seasoning. Simmer until tender (approx 20 mins)
Add milk, bring to a boil
Cream together flour and butter
Add to Soup
Cook and stir until thickens

Step 2

Serve with grated cheddar cheese
