- 2 lbs chicken wings (cut into 2 pieces with tips removed)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450F.
Step 2
Bring a large pot of half water half chicken broth to boiling. Boil the wings 8-10 mins and remove to drain on a wire rack.
Step 3
Season the wings with your favourite dry seasoning; salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, etc.
Step 4
Bake wings on a sheet pan for 30 mins, the turn wings over and cook the other side for another 10 mins.
Step 5
Remove to a large bowl and toss in your favourite sauce. Serve well hot.
