Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 1/2 cups White Sugar
- 2/3 cup 35% Cream, room temp
- 1/2 cup soft Butter
- Pinch of Sea Salt
Preparation
Step 1
In a heavy bottomed pot, warm the water and the sugar, without mixing, until browned
Step 2
Remove from heat, and slowly add the cream and butter, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Add a pinch of sea salt, and drizzle over anything you want!
