Ingredients
- 1-2 carrots chopped
- 4 potatoes cubed
- 1 onions diced
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 2 haddock fillets cut into bite sized pieces
- 2 tbsp flour and cold water to thicken.
Preparation
Step 1
Bring to boil (1min stirring)
Reduce temperature
Add 1 ¼ cup Milk
Simmer (do not boil) stirring occasionally
Just before serving add fish - cook until fish flakes easily.
Add Salt and Pepper to taste
