Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Orzo Pasta (cooked)
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 White Onions (diced)
  • 12 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 4 Jalapenos (diced)
  • 1 1/2 lbs Chicken Breast (diced)
  • 10 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 Tomatoes (skinned and diced)
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Lime Juice

Preparation

Step 1

Fry onion, garlic, and jalapenos in olive oil.

Step 2

Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

Step 3

Add broth, tomatoes, and lime juice. Bring the soup to a boil.

Step 4

Lower heat and simmer until chicken is fully cooked.

Step 5

Add cooked orzo and cilantro.

Step 6

Season with salt & pepper to taste. Garnish with avocado, shredded cheese or any other ingredients of your choice. Enjoy!
