Ingredients
- 1)1 individual store-bought pizza crust
- 2)1 plum tomato, seeded and roughly chopped
- 3)1 clove garlic, chopped
- 4)2 tbsp (30mL) fresh basil, roughly chopped
- 5)Salt & Pepper
- 6)1/4 cup (60mL) Canadian Provolone, grated
- 7)1 1/2 oz (45g) fresh Canadian Mozzarella, sliced
- 8)2 tbsp (30mL) shaves of Canadian Parmesan
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F /220°C.
Step 2
Place pizza crust on a parchment-covered baking sheet.
Step 3
Top with ingredients, ending with the Parmesan.
Step 4
Bake 15 minutes or until the crust and cheese are golden brown.
Pizza Crust: for 4 pizzas, each one about 12 inches in diameter
