Ingredients
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbs corn starch + 3 tbsp water, mixed
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup margarine, softened
Preparation
Step 1
Oven at 375F.
In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients. Add wet into dry, except for margarine and combine until smooth. Lastly, mix in the margarine until well incorporated. Pour into line cupcake pans and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until done.
