- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 & 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 box vanilla wafers

Preparation
Step 1
Beat cream cheese at high speed with an electric mixer until light & fluffy; gradually add sugar & mix well.
Step 2
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg is added.
Step 3
Mix vanilla into the mixture.
Step 4
Place a vanilla water in the bottom of each cupcake liner.
Step 5
Add cheesecake mixture to within 3/8 inch of the top.
Step 6
Put cups into a muffin pan.
Step 7
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Step 8
Put a small amount of any type pie filling on top for garnish. ie: strawberry filling, chocolate, caramel, candy, etc.
