  • 1 TBS yeast
  • 1 TSP oil
  • 1 TSP sugar
  • 1 TSP salt
  • 1 CUP of flour or more

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve the yeast in water and sugar. Mix in the salt and oil. Add the flour a little at a time, when you can't stir in anymore flour with a spoon, turn the dough out onto a flat surface and knead in flour until the dough is no longer sticky. Continue to knead the dough for 5 min. Let rise. Spread dough out and top with favorite sauce and topping, Back pizza at 420 DEGREES F for 20 mins.
