Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. ginger
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300°.
Step 2
Add ingredients in order and mix well.
Roll into balls, and then into sugar.
Step 3
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
