  • 4 -12oz tuna in water.
  • 4 tbsp omega 3 infused light mayo
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • add – onions and spice for added taste.

Preparation

Step 1

Add into a mixing bowl
- 4 12oz tuna
- 4 tbsp omega 3 infused light mayo
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup bread crumbs

Step 2

Mix ingredients and shape into patties

Step 3

Turn on skillet to medium heat

Step 4

Cook each side of the patty for 5 mins

Remove and serve
