Ingredients
- Idly rice – 1&1/2 cup
- Raw rice – 1&1/2 cup
- Urad dal – ¼ cup
- Fenugreek seeds – 2 tbsp
- Salt – 3 tbsp
Preparation
Step 1
Soak all the ingredients except salt for at least 3 hrs.
Grind in grinder or mixer.
Add salt.
Allow to ferment whole night.
Make aapam using Aapam pan .
