Ingredients
- 2 Cups Cauliflower
- 1/2 Cup Cheese
- 6 oz Chicken
- Dash of Parsley & Oregano
- 3/4 cup Tomato Sauce
- Handful fresh Spinach
- 2 Full Eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Chop 2 cups of cauliflower and put into a food processor or blender.
Blend until the texture is similar to grain or rice.
Step 2
Add blended cauliflower
2 eggs
1/2 cup of cheese
dash of parsley and oregano
into a mixing bowl
Mix until you get the consistency of pizza dough
Step 3
Preheat oven to 450F
Step 4
Place the "dough" on a round baking sheet and spread in a thinly into a circle
Step 5
Bake crust for 15-20mins
Keep oven warm.
Step 6
Remove crust from oven.
Shred pre-cooked chicken.
Place 1/4 pasta sauce on to crust
Sprinkle cheese
Add shredded chicken
Add handful of spinach
Step 7
Add pizza back into preheated oven for 2-3 mins
Step 8
Remove and serve
