Ingredients
- 2 cups butter/ghee
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tsp crushed almonds
- 2 tsp ground cardamom seeds
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup tasty wheat.
- Flour as required.
Preparation
Step 1
Sift flour with Bp and bs. Add tasty wheat. Set aside.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350•
Cream butter and sugar. Add yolks and beat. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Step 3
Make a firm dough with flour. Roll into small balls.
Decorate with silvered almonds.
Step 4
Bake at 320• for aprox 25 minutes until golden!
