Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 3)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup butter
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together flour, salt and baking soda.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, stir together bananas and sugar. Add egg and butter, beat well.
Step 3
Add wet to dry slowly, then mix.
Step 4
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Step 5
Bake at 325°F for roughly 60 minutes.
A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean when it's done.
Step 6
Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
