Ingredients
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 2 ml Vanilla extract
- 125 ml Milk
- 15 ml Sugar
- 15 ml Vegetable oil
- 4 White with Whole Grain Bread
- Maple syrup, warmed
- Icing sugar
- Cinnamon
- Fresh berries
Preparation
Step 1
COMBINE eggs, vanilla, milk and sugar in a bowl. DIP bread in egg mixture, turning to coat both sides. Be careful not to leave it in the mixture for too long. HEAT oil in a large skillet over medium. ADD bread to skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes per side. Flip bread over when cooked side turns golden brown. serve with warm syrup and fresh berries, dusted with icing sugar and cinnamon
