Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F
Step 2
remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces, dry with salad spinner, mix well with seasoning
Step 3
Bake until the edges brown, about 10 mins.
