Ingredients
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup flour
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- 6 cups blueberries
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. butter

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F.
In a large bowl mix sugar, flour and cinnamon.
Step 2
Stir in blueberries and spoon into pie plate.
Step 3
Sprinkle lemon juice and cut up butter over blueberries.
Step 4
Cover with top pastry that has slits in it, seal and flute.
Step 5
Cover edge with strip of foil to prevent excessive browning. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, removing foil for last 15 minutes. Cool.
