Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup of long grain rice
- 2 cups Boiling water
- 2 cups of milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/4 tsp of nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1 cup of raisins
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Cook Rice with water & salt in a pot with lid on until rice is fluffy.
Combine eggs & sugar & beat well. Add Vanilla, rice, milk, raisins, cinnamon & nutmeg.
Pour into oven proof dish.
Bake for 1.5 hours @ 350.
