Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 C packed fresh basil
- 1 oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 6-8 tbsp water
- 4 tbsp walnuts, toasted
- salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- red pepper flakes

Preparation
Step 1
In mini-chop, chop garlic to mince. Add basil and process till chopped.
Step 2
Pour in olive oil and process. Add tomatoes, nutritional yeast and slowly add water as needed. Process till mostly smooth. Add walnuts and process till chunky. Season with salt & pepper
Step 3
Toss pesto with cooked pasta. Top with additional walnuts, basil and sun-dried tomatoes.
