  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • Topping
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake mix, butter, egg and pecans. Pat mix flat into pan or cookie sheet. Mix cream cheese, eggs, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Spread over first mixture.

Step 2

Bake for 30 mins at 350 degrees or until golden brown. Let cool! Refrigerate for 2 hours. Enjoy! Keep Refrigerated!
