Step 1
Stir cornmeal gradually into water and when perfectly smooth, add butter and salt. Spread dough evenly on an inverted jelly roll pan thats greased, no more than 1/8 in thick. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
Step 2
Immediatley, cut strips and fry in hot fat until crisp. Enjoy!
