- Sauce:
- Mix in a bowl
- 3/4 cups ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp minced onion
- 2 tbsp whorchester sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- Few grains of cayenne pepper
- Set aside
- Meatballs:
- 3/4 lbs of ground beef
- 3/4 cups bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 tbsp minced onion
- 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 tsp horseradish
- 2 eggs beaten
- Salt and pepper
