Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 pound bacon, fried crisply
- 1 large sweet onion, chopped finely
- 1 large cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (6-ounce)package of frozen green peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Ranch dressing
Preparation
Step 1
In a glass bowl, place shredded lettuce.
Cover with a layer of cucumber, then onion, then peas, then mayonnaise.
Top mayo with bacon and cheese.
Refrigerate overnight, and serve
