Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 3/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Place ground beef, egg yolks, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic salt, oregano, pepper, and olives in mixer bowl.
Step 2
Attach bowl and flat beater to mixer. Turn to speed 2 and mix for 1 minute.
Step 3
Form mixture into 30 1-inch balls and fry in olive oil until well browned. Drain on paper towels. Warm Tangy Barbeque sauce and pour over meatballs.
Step 4
Serve warm (in crockpot on warm setting)
