Ingredients
- Dill Pickle Chips
- Oil (for frying, I use a deep fryer, but you can probably do these in a skillet)
- 1/2 C. Flour
- Sprinkle of Cayenne pepper(not a lot but just enough for spice)
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Celery seed
Preparation
Step 1
Take the amount of pickle chips you want, lay them out on a plate and pat them dry. Get your oil preheated.. Again I used a deep fryer. If you use a skillet make sure you have enough oil for them to sort of deep fry. While that's heating up, in a bowl mix your flour and seasonings. Put your pickle chips in the flour mixture, dusting off excess flour. Deep fry till golden brown. You can add salt if you want.
