- 1 pkg semi sweet chocolate pieces
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 3 cups honey nut flakes cereal or corn flakes with chopped peanuts and a little honey
- 1 L ice cream

Step 1
In a medium sauce pan over low heat, melt chocolate pieces and peanut butter. Remove from heat. stir in cereal until well coated. Cool.
Reserve 1/2 cup cereal mixture for topping. Place ice cream in large mixing bowl to soften slightly. Fold chocolate cereal mixture into ice cream. Mound into 9 inch glass pie plate, smoothing edges. sprinkle top with reserved 1/2 cup chocolate cereal mixture. freeze until firm or overnight. let sit for 5 minutes at room temperature before serving
