green beans with garlic

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2lbs of green beans
  • 1tbs olive oil
  • 3tbs butter
  • 1tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 large cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Add green beans in a large pot of salt water. Cook until bright green on high heat.

Step 2

Drain w/ cold water

Step 3

Heat large skillet on medium heat. Add olive oil, butter, garlic and red pepper flakes. Sautee for 30 seconds.

Step 4

Add green beans and sautee until coated in butter mixture (5 minutes) Season w/ salt and pepper
