Ingredients
- 155g/5oz ground hazelnut
- 185g/6oz ground almonds
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 3/4 cup castor sugar
- 3 egg whites
- Milk chocolate for dipping.
Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg whites until frothy. Add sugar and continue beating for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Mix the flour and nuts and fold it into the eggy mixture.
Spoon mixture into. Piping bag.
Step 3
On a cookies sheet pipe thick sticks, aprox 3" long.
Step 4
Bake at 300• preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Remove and cool on tray.
Step 5
Dip 1/2 the stick into melted chocolate and drizzle the other half with melted chocolate.
When set refrigerate in an airtight container.
