Belgian Waffles

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup AP flour
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat your waffle iron. (Grease waffle iron before each use).
Step 2
Whisk all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth.
Step 3
Pour approximately 1/2 cup batter onto the hot waffle iron, and cook for 3:30 minutes, or to your liking.
Step 4
Serve hot and fresh with berries and whipped cream.
