Ingredients
- 2 lbs hash browns, frozen
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 (10¾ ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
- ¼ cup butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350*.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients (except toppings) together in large bowl.
Step 3
Pour into buttered 9x13 pan. Cover top of potatoes with the crushed cornflakes.
Step 4
Drizzle melted butter over cornflakes.
Step 5
Bake uncovered 45 minutes.
