Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons dried granulated yeast
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons water

Preparation

Step 1

Place all the above ingredients into the bread machine. Select the dough cycle and press start!

Step 2

When the dough cycle is complete, take the dough out of the machine and place in well greased bowl, and roll the dough around (in the bowl) thus'coating' it in oil.

Step 3

Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 1/2 an hour.

Step 4

Knead the risen dough lightly.

Step 5

Roll the dough into a circle.

Step 6

Place on well greased baking tray or pizza pan.

Step 7

Add toppings and bake at 440F for 11 minutes.

Use a fork to poke small holes in the dough before adding toppings.
