- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/3 cup cream
- 3 beaten egg yolks
- 2 1/4 cup diced rhubarb
- Meringue
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 6 tbsp sugar

Step 1
Blend crust ingredients together.
Press into pie plate or 9x9 pan.
Bake at 325 for 20 to 25 mins.
Combine filling ingredients in saucepan.
Cook until thick & rhubarb tender.
Pour over baked crust.
Top with Meringue and bake at 350 for 12 to 15 mins
