- 2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cup sour cream
- 2 cup cooked ham, cubed
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/3 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cup cornflakes, crushed
- 1/4 cup melted butter

Step 1
Combine all casserole ingredients, except cornflakes & 1/4 cup butter, and mix well.
Place in a 13 x 9 baking dish.
Combine cornflakes & rest of butter and sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
