Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar
- 1 cup pastery flour
- 2/3 cup butter milk
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp dry parsley
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp butter
Preparation
Step 1
Sift flour, baking powder, salt, add ginger, parsley mix well
Step 2
Cut in butter, add cheddar cheese add butter milk and form a dough adding milk, do not over mix, drop into 1 inch discs on a greased cookie sheet bake in 450 for 18 mn and enjoy
